چکیده
Background: The potential role of exercise in physiological cardiac hypertrophy is rooted both hormonal and genetic components. Objectives: aim this study was to determine the impact resistance on expression PI3K AKT1 tissue type 2 diabetes (T2D) rats their hypertrophy. Methods: First, 21 male Wistar (220±20 g) were obese with 6-week high-fat diet (HFD) randomly assigned into non-diabetes, control T2D, groups. After inducing obesity, T2D induced by intraperitoneal injection streptozotocin (25 mg/kg) for Rats group completed a program, 5 sessions per week. PI3K/AKT1 weight ratio left ventricular heart, heart body, body compared analysis variance (ANOVA) between Results: In response induction diabetes, decreased significantly that non-diabetic (P=0.001 P=0.001, respectively). Further, training led significant increase (P=0.028) (P=0.032) (P=0.001), (P=0.001) diabetic rats. Conclusion: Resistance associated rats, improvement may be attributed signaling pathway.

Introduction: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of resistance and aerobic training on Glut2 gene expression in pancreatic tissue of type 2 diabetic rats. Method: In this experimental study, 32 male Wistar rats in the weight range of 220+20 g were selected and then divided into 4 groups (3 type 2 diabetic groups and one healthy group). Induction of diabetes was performed by ni...
متن کاملThe effect of resistance training on protein-D surfactant and insulin resistance index in healthy and type 2 diabetic rats
Introduction Protein-D Surfactant (SPD) is a new factor associated with glucose intolerance, insulin resistance, and type 2 diabetes. The aim of the present study was to investigate the effects of resistance training on surfactant protein-D in streptozotocin-nicotinamide-induced diabetic rats. Materials and Methods In this experimental study، 48 adult male Wistar rats in the weight range of 2...
متن کاملEffect of continuous aerobic training versus high intensity interval training on Resistin and insulin resistance in type 2 diabetic rats
Background: the adipose tissue produces and releases peptides that contribute to various processes in body, including insulin resistance. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of eight weeks of continuous aerobic training and high intensity interval training on Resistin and insulin levels and insulin resistance in type 2 diabetic male wistar rats. Methods: Twenty-four Wistar rats...

Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the effect of 12 weeks resistance training on G6Pase expression in liver cells, as well as glucose and insulin levels in type 2 diabetic rats. Materials and Methods: In this experimental study, 16 wistar rats were selected as the research sample. After injection of nicotinamide and streptozocin to induce diabetes, the rats were randomly divided...
متن کاملEffects of Aerobic Training on mTORC1 Gene Expression in Male Wistar Rats with Type 2 Diabetes
Objective: Although type 2 diabetes is a multifactorial illness, one of the major risk factors is the prevalence of obesity. In this context, recent genetic studies on diabetics or pre-diabetics, have shown that some of the newly-known genes make the conditions for type 2 diabetes even in the absence of obesity. One of these genes is called mTORC1, which plays an important role in the synt...
